تولید هاردباکس در مکعبان طی چند مرحله انجام می‌شود تا محصول نهایی از نظر کیفیت، استحکام و ظاهر کاملاً مطابق نیاز مشتری باشد.

۱. بررسی نیاز مشتری

در ابتدا ابعاد محصول، نوع کاربرد، تیراژ، نوع چاپ و جزئیات سفارش بررسی می‌شود.

۲. طراحی و ساخت نمونه

پس از تأیید مشخصات، فایل طراحی و در صورت نیاز نمونه اولیه آماده می‌شود.

۳. چاپ و آماده‌سازی متریال

طرح مورد نظر با روش مناسب چاپ شده و روکش‌هایی مانند سلفون، طلاکوب یا UV در صورت نیاز اجرا می‌شود.

۴. مونتاژ و کنترل کیفیت

تمامی قطعات هاردباکس مونتاژ شده و کیفیت چاپ، چسب‌کاری و ابعاد بررسی می‌شود.

۵. بسته‌بندی و ارسال

پس از تأیید نهایی، سفارش بسته‌بندی شده و به سراسر ایران ارسال می‌شود.
