کارتن دایکاتی نوعی کارتن بستهبندی است که با استفاده از قالبهای مخصوص (دایکات) تولید میشود. کارتن سه لایه و پنج لایه هر دو میتوانند بهصورت دایکاتی تولید شوند. برخلاف کارتنهای معمولی که تنها بهصورت ساده برش و تا میشوند، در کارتن دایکاتی امکان ایجاد انواع برشها، زبانهها، قفلها و اشکال سفارشی وجود دارد. این ویژگی باعث میشود بستهبندی علاوه بر ظاهر حرفهای، مونتاژ آسانتر و محافظت بهتری از محصول داشته باشد. طراحی دایکات معمولاً بر اساس ابعاد دقیق محصول انجام میشود تا فضای خالی داخل کارتن سه لایه و پنج لایه به حداقل برسد و در هزینه حملونقل هم صرفهجویی شود.
